Michael A.
Lechter, author of "Protecting Your #1 Asset, Creating Fortunes from Your
Ideas, An Intellectual Property Handbook" in the Rich Dad's Advisors‘
series, has specialized in intellectual property law since the early 1970s and
is Counsel to the international law firm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P., and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University’s
College of Engineering.
He is a patent attorney who has been admitted to practice in a number of states
as well as to the Patent Bar. Michael is also the author of The Intellectual
Property Handbook, coordinating editor of Successful Patents and Patenting for
Engineers and Scientists, and contributing author to the Encyclopedia Of
Electrical And Electronics Engineering.
He has lectured extensively throughout the world on intellectual property law.
Upon request of the House Judiciary Committee he has submitted testimony to the
Congress of the United States, and has participated in various United Nations
and foreign government proceedings on intellectual property law and technology
transfer.
